We are searching for a Senior QA Engineer – Web & Mobile to join an innovative, fast‑scaling digital travel company. You will help define, drive, and execute the quality strategy across both web and mobile platforms (iOS & Android), ensuring flawless user experiences for millions of global travelers. Hospitality or travel‑tech experience is considered a strong plus.

What your responsibilities will include

• Define and implement QA strategies, detailed test plans, and measurable quality metrics for frequent product releases.
• Review product requirements, technical specifications, and user stories to ensure complete test coverage and traceability.
• Own release readiness assessments and quality sign-offs for both mobile and web applications.
• Lead end-to-end testing across functional, regression, smoke, UI/UX, and compatibility test cycles on various devices and browsers.
• Validate frontend, backend, APIs, integrations, and mobile‑specific features for performance and reliability.
• Develop and maintain UI and API automation suites using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or Playwright.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in test automation and documentation.
• Review and approve test cases, bug reports, and technical documentation to ensure high‑quality standards.
• Conduct QA retrospectives and collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams.
• Manage defects in Jira, including logs, videos, screenshots, and detailed reproduction steps.
• Perform root cause analysis and partner with developers to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Provide stakeholders with test coverage insights, defect analytics, dashboards, and release health reports.

To be a great fit for the Senior QA Engineer – Web & Mobile role, you will have

• 5+ years of QA experience across web and mobile platforms with proven ownership of testing processes.
• Strong expertise in functional, regression, integration, and cross‑browser/device testing.
• Hands‑on automation experience using Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Proficiency in API testing using Postman or Swagger, with strong understanding of REST APIs.
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with Jira, TestRail, Xray, or Zephyr.
• Experience using BrowserStack or Sauce Labs.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Mentorship or team leadership experience.
• Proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Essential)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• ISTQB, CSTE, or similar certification.
• Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban).
• Background in performance testing (JMeter, k6) or security testing.
