PRODUCTS?


All of our products are built in-house and are strictly related to sport. We build systems for downloading huge volumes of sports data, storing and providing them to our clients. We also serve our customers with in-play live visualizations, as well as sports statistics widgets and raw data provided by our SportsAPI. All the features are created by using most relevant technologies and the best practices around the process of software development.



WHAT ROLE WILL YOU TAKE ON A TEAM?


We are currently looking for experienced talents who would like to join our R&D group and work with us to solve complex problems in a simple way!

As a product company we are looking for long-term cooperation.

Your role as QA Engineer requires quality engineering experience in the field of both manual and automatic testing to be a natural team player and empathetic person open for other’s opinion who will be cooperating with our QAs, Developers, Product Managers and Technical Leaders.


You will spend your time mostly on:

  • Writing new tests (~50%)
  • Maintenance (~20%)
  • Documentation writing (~20%)
  • Participating in meetings (~10%)



YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the design and architecture of scalable, maintainable and efficient software systems. 
  • Develop and maintain automated test suites using Pytest. Write integration and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and functionality. 
  • Implement testing strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers and project managers. 
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship and guidance to junior developers. Conduct code reviews and share knowledge and best practices.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve development processes, automation frameworks and deployment practices
  • Write and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, APIs, automation scripts, CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure configurations. 



OUR EXPECTATIONS:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in tests automation
  • Strong programming skills in Python, including knowledge of core language features, data structures, and libraries
  • Understanding database concepts and SQL query language
  • In-depth understanding of Pytest including writing and maintaining automated test scripts
  • Proficiency in managing containerized environments using Docker or Kubernetes
  • Hands-on experience in CI/CD process in environments such as Jenkins, Github, Gitlab, Azure DevOps, CircleCI etc.
  • Sound experience in unit, integration, performance and system testing
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • English language on a communicative level (B2+)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical and infrastructure issues
  • Understanding a full software development life cycle



Would be your advantage:

  • ISTQB certification
  • Experience in E2E testing frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium or Cypress
  • Experience in working with cloud’s services i.e., AWS, Azure, GCP
  • The knowledge about a communication frameworks such us RabbitMQ or Kafka

We work in self-organizing Scrum teams with 2 weeks sprints. Test writing and code refactoring is our daily bread.

We are taking care of the technological debt and the quality of the code.

We speak both Polish (internally) and English (with our partners).

We work in a hybrid mode with flexible working hours, from home or from our office in Katowice (no dress code).
