Kraków-based opportunity with hybrid work model (3 days/week in the office)
responsibilities :
Design and implement comprehensive test strategies across unit, API, integration, contract, and end-to-end layers
Build and maintain robust automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, and API testing tools
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines with parallel and sharded execution
Validate ETL processes and reporting flows, owning test data strategies and verification methods
Stabilize legacy test suites and migrate them to modern frameworks
Lead root cause analysis, manage flaky tests, and implement reliability improvements
Mentor QA team members and developers on testability, best practices, and assertions
Publish quality metrics, reports, and trends for stakeholder engagement
requirements-expected :
5+ years of experience in QA and test automation, with hands-on framework development
Strong expertise in Playwright or Selenium and test architecture
Solid API testing skills using Postman, REST Assured, or k6
Proficient coding skills in TypeScript or C# and scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
Experience integrating automation into Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines
Practical SQL skills for MSSQL data setup and validation
Experience working with ETL (SSIS) and reporting (SSRS) tools and validating flows
Strong ability to analyze logs, troubleshoot issues with App Insights, and ensure testability and observability
Good command of English (B2 level) for technical communication and documentation
Proven leadership in QA activities, mentoring teams, and managing test processes
Language Required for the role: Fluent Polish and English
