Join our dynamic team, Scrutinizers, as a Senior Python Software Test Automation Engineer! In this role, youll implement test frameworks and automate API and Webserver tests, ensuring continuous testing and rapid feedback within our CI/CD pipelines. Collaborating closely with software development teams, your mission will be to identify test requirements and develop efficient automated tests for our GNSS devices.
Senior Python Software Test Automation EngineerLocation: Łódź, hybrid
Collaboration with Other Teams:
- Working closely with software developers to understand testing and quality feedback needs within CI.
- Collaborating with product management to automate user acceptance tests based on surveying workflows.
- Participating in scrum events as needed to enhance testability and providing insights on test automation challenges.
Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):
- Developing Docker files and managing Linux Docker images in Artifactory for executing tests on CI servers.
- Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing of code changes.
- Monitoring and improving automated test suites within the CI/CD environment.

Your profile:
- Proven experience as a test automation engineer or software engineer in test, with a passion for working in agile environments.
- Expertise in test automation (GUI, Web Application, API tests) and testing of embedded systems.
- Understanding of CI systems such as GitHub Actions, TeamCity, or Jenkins.
- Proficient programming skills in Python; experience with C#, Java, or C++ is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for working with GitHub, Docker, Linux, and Windows.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English, with the ability to navigate an international and distributed work environment.
- Assertive and confident in representing ideas and opinions effectively.
- Detail-oriented, with a passion for delivering high-quality, stable tests.
- Proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues.
