We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Python Developer to join a leading organization in the digital and fintech sector. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be an integral part of a team responsible for the development and maintenance of backend services that manage financial flows with external entities. Your core duties will include ensuring the reliability and accuracy of a ledger system, ACH and payments infrastructure, as well as reconciliation and settlement processes. The primary technology stack is Python, and you will be working on systems that demand high levels of reliability and precision.
responsibilities :
Ensure the reliability and correctness of the accounting system and money flow operations.
Design and develop new functionalities for clients.
Maintain high code quality standards, focusing on reliability, security, scalability, and minimizing technical debt.
Lead end-to-end project delivery, from planning through to deployment.
Continuously improve technical processes within the team and across departments.
Participate in strategic planning with managers and product managers.
Mentor and support team members in their professional development.
Participate in an on-call rotation.
requirements-expected :
Minimum 8 years of experience developing and deploying software in production environments using Python.
Advanced experience in designing distributed systems.
Demonstrated experience leading large, cross-functional projects (engineering, product, operations).
Ability to rapidly translate requirements into effective solutions.
