Policy Analysis and Advocacy

• Analyze existing and emerging public policies, regulations, and legislative initiatives at the Polish and EU levels that impact the telecommunications sector.
• Develop evidence-based policy positions to advocate for sustainable regulatory environments.
• Monitor changes in EU directives, regulatory frameworks and programs.

Strategic Planning

• Design and execute advocacy campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align corporate strategies with regulatory requirements.

Position Papers

• Draft concise, well-researched position papers that clearly define key issues, propose actionable solutions, and support recommendations with data and expert opinions.
• Tailor messaging to various audiences, including government officials, public sector representatives, and industry partners.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Build and maintain relationships with government bodies, EU institutions, industry associations, think tanks, and other key stakeholders.
• Represent the company at industry meetings, forums, conferences, and policy discussions.

Research and Reporting

• Conduct thorough research on telecommunications trends, digital transformation policies, 5G deployment, consumer protection regulations, and other relevant topics.
• Prepare analytical papers to inform senior management about policy developments and their implications for the company.

Compliance Oversight

• Ensure company operations adhere to national and EU regulations governing digital services.
• Provide guidance on navigating regulatory challenges related to emerging technologies like AI, IoT, or satellite communications.
• Represent T-Mobile mission, values and principles and be an expert in the local and international team

Wymagania

• Advanced degree in Public Policy, Law, Economics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in public policy analysis or advocacy within the telecommunications or technology sectors.
• Proven track record of developing successful advocacy campaigns and policy positions.
• Strong research skills to analyze complex data sets and identify trends impacting telecommunications policies.
• Excellent communication skills for drafting position papers and presenting ideas to stakeholders in clear terms.
• Strategic thinking to design comprehensive advocacy strategies that align with corporate objectives.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Attributes

• Deep understanding of Poland’s telecom and digital regulations and EU regulatory and policy frameworks important for the sector.
• Established network of contacts within public institutions, EU institutions, industry associations, or think tanks.
• Familiarity with digital technologies such as AI policy frameworks or broadband infrastructure development.
