ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

Responsibilities:

• Create client proposals and presentations in response to formal and informal requests
• Coordinate the full proposal lifecycle
• Collaborate with other global departments; business development, marketing, and operational teams
• Track and evaluate pitch outcomes to identify areas for improvement
• Maintain high standards of written and visual quality using various tools

Requirements:

• Min. 2 years of experience in preparing proposals, tenders, bids, or sales materials in a B2B setting
• Excellent knowledge of English (C1/C2)
• Strong attention to detail and experience in proofreading and editing content
• Able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM systems or Adobe tools
