Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between Product Teams, Stakeholders, and the DevSecOps team to ensure alignment and coordination.
- Bridge communication gaps by translating technical concepts into business language, and vice versa.
- Project Management Support
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and roadmaps to ensure successful execution.
- Develop and maintain project materials such as reports, visual aids, and progress trackers (e. g. , Gantt charts)
- Requirements Gathering & Process Improvement
- Elicit and analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders and the DevSecOps team.
- Map current processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements to optimize workflows.
- Create and maintain process documentation, best practices, and operational guidelines for the DevSecOps team and broader IT organization.
- Agile Practices
- Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Retrospectives and planning sessions, as needed.
- Refine Jira work items, maintain backlog clarity, and ensure the board accurately reflects current priorities.
- Technical Knowledge & Learning
- Stay up to date with relevant technologies such as databases, networking, containerization, integration, and automation.
- Actively engage in continuous learning to enhance the team’s technical discussions and decision-making.
- Serve as the Risk Coordinator for the department and main contact for Group IT Compliance and related stakeholders.
- Coordinate and support Information Risk Management (IRM) activities across the department.
- Provide guidance and basic training to Risk Owners and Mitigation Owners on risk handling.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date risk records in the register and perform regular quality checks.
- Maintain visibility of departmental risks and promote a strong risk awareness culture.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory; equivalent practical experience will be considered).
- Strong coordination, organization, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across technical, business, and compliance stakeholders.
- Experience in project coordination, process improvement, or risk management within a technology-driven environment.
- Proactive in following up on initiatives, ensuring progress visibility, and keeping documentation and tracking tools up to date.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate and ensure data consistency across systems (e. g. , risk register, project tracker).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Basic understanding of information risk management and governance principles (technical depth not required).
- Interest in learning and applying new DevSecOps tools and practices.
- Collaborative and adaptable team player with strong interpersonal skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
