Senior Project Manager with German

For our client, a leader specialising in services for industry and health, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager with German. 


What Will You Do - Responsibilities

• Daily cooperation with companies located in Germany
• Developing a winning project implementation
• Preparation of a project management plan
• Defining roles and responsibilities and providing clear and focused leadership for the project team
• Providing the best solutions in relation to the client39s requirements (budget, planning, scope, final technical solution), while maintaining the competitiveness of AL E&C
• Defining the contractual framework
• Ensuring effective handover from development to implementation
• Manage and monitor project performance on an ongoing basis
• Ongoing monitoring of project costs, identification, forecasting in order to control the existing budget
• Project risk management
• Accurate and timely reporting
• Prepare and conduct the capitalisation review

• Excellent knowledge of German : Native Speaker preferred
• Engineer Diploma
• Minimum 10+ years of proven experience in international EPC/PMC project management
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the oil&gas sector: preferably as a project manager for EPC/PMC
• Analytical and strategic thinking to make the right decisions quickly and effectively
• Strong negotiation skills in dealing with suppliers and contractors
• Strong leadership, communication and management skills
• Results-oriented and ability to manage costs and budgets
• Willingness to travel
