For our client, of the biggest banks in Northern Europe, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager with the knowledge in banking sector and audit processes. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for consolidating, documenting, and packaging all work on the Target Operating Model to align with the required framework and standards. The specialist will be responsible for rightsizing the content, guiding contributors, and leveraging leadership skills to ensure smooth production. The model covers KYC processes, organization and governance, technology, sourcing and location, people and skills, and performance management across all countries and business areas.
responsibilities :
Consolidate, document, and package all work done on the Target Operating Model so far to align with the required framework and documentation standards
Use the framework and experience to rightsize the content, achieving a standardized level of information
Use expertise and experience from working with and delivering similar topics to guide contributors going forward, ensuring smooth production and documentation
Leverage leadership and stakeholder management skills to secure buy-in from contributors, despite not having direct reports
Cover a complex area including all countries and business areas from an end-to-end perspective in the Target Operating Model
Include KYC processes, organization and governance, technology, sourcing and location, people and skills, and performance management in the model
requirements-expected :
Senior level experience with leading projects or programs
Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills which enable you to lead projects in a complex environment
Experience and success with multiple project deliveries within tight deadlines and you are comfortable dealing with ambiguity
Background from a large financial institution and experience with financial crime prevention is a definite plus
Full proficiency in the English language and strength in packaging and delivering information to varied target audiences
