Qualifications:

1. 4+ years of IT PM experience (excellent knowledge on software development life-cycle)
2. Excellent knowledge on Agile software development methodologies
3. Analytical and conceptual skills
4. Ability to organize and develop detailed work plans
5. English communication skills (C1 level)
6. Great communication skills and ability to work with distributed teams across different time zones

Nice to have:

1. Experience in working at Software House
2. PSM, KMP, Prince2, PMP certifications
3. LeSS and SAFe frameworks (certificates are a big plus)

Responsibilities:

1. Cooperating with the client and the team during software development
2. Co-creation of Release Notes
3. Identifying business goals and client’s needs
4. Identifying and managing risk
5. Ensuring effectiveness and transparency of work
6. Taking care of effective communication between team members and clients
