responsibilities :
Supporting the development and implementation of cutting-edge retailer education programs
Aligning and executing activation plans effectively through cross-functional partnerships
Leading and mentoring a team of 5 specialists, with a focus on task prioritization, team cohesion, and project execution
Activating the right stakeholders at the right time by engaging internal and external partners to ensure seamless program rollouts
Overseeing global digital initiative deployments, scaling successful models to additional markets
Managing budgets, monitoring program performance, and delivering actionable insights for continuous improvement
requirements-expected :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
At least 5–7 years of experience in indirect retail, digital marketing, or FMCG industries
Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and driving digital transformation initiatives
Deep understanding of Indirect Retail channels and retailer education platforms
Expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Fielo, including online education tools like gamification and leaderboards
Technical proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools
Fluency in English
Strategic mindset combined with strong stakeholder management skills
Consumer- and customer-centric approach, with deep insight into customer journeys
