Manage and coordinate projects independently, contributing to global initiatives within the international project office community
Align project objectives, manage stakeholders, and report to sponsors on business or IT initiatives
Take charge of continuous improvement actions and participate in the development of knowledge sharing and assistance between project managers
Collaborate on cross-cutting initiatives, such as CSR and communication
Experience delivering projects that combine IT solutions and business process change
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in Project Management, with a proven track record in financial institutions or consulting firms
Strong knowledge of the Investment Banking environment and business
Demonstrated project leadership skills, supported by Agile, Lean, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Adaptability and agility in challenging environments, with the ability to work in a task-force mode
Excellent relationship-building skills, with a positive mindset, strong organizational skills
Ability to steer the initiatives and adapt the communication
Curious, proactive and result driven
A strong academic background, preferably a Master’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or Engineering
Fluency in English is required, with Polish and French as assets
