About Our Client

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our clients team and oversee investment projects related to the construction and management of warehouse and production facilities. The selected candidate will be responsible for the entire investment process, from planning and design through to execution and handover.

Job Description

• Managing the full life cycle of logistics investment projects.
• Coordinating project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Developing and monitoring project schedules and budgets.
• Overseeing the tender process and selecting contractors.
• Preparing, optimizing, and executing investment budgets.
• Providing regular progress reports to the CEO.
• Identifying and managing project risks.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on warehouse investments.
• A higher education degree in a technical field (civil engineering, architecture, or related).
• In-depth knowledge of the investment process.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Very good English language skills.
• Highly developed communication and negotiation skills.
