facilitating design, planning, and implementation workshops with internal and external stakeholders
proactively managing project risks and issues, developing effective mitigation/treatment plans
managing project meetings, schedules, milestones, and delivery
preparing project correspondence and presentations, as needed, for status reports, executive updates, meetings, annual planning, etc.
ensuring all project costs (actuals) are actively tracked and managed, including Project Charters, contracts, and internal resource assignments
coordinating the completion of all documentation, project plans, change requests, approvals, lifecycle steps, and compliance gate requests on time
building and maintaining successful relationships with teams and business partners
requirements-expected :
fluency in English is a must
IAM experience, preferably within the insurance sector
strong track record of delivering projects in a large, complex environment, in a global Finance/Insurance or other regulated industry (5-7+ years)
strong management skills, including project management, financial management, change management, and facilitation
excellent project planning, budgeting, scoping, costing, and scheduling ability
ability to build and maintain business relationships with stakeholders
proven ability to create meaningful reports and summarise project health statuses for stakeholder presentations
ability to manage a mixture of functional and geographic workstreams, and coordinate step change delivery to the business in a unified way
experience working with agile and classic project management methods
experience in managing distributed teams, and able to work in a matrix setup
excellent communication and presentation skills
ability to work independently in an international environment
