The Transformation Senior Manager joins the global T‑Squad within the GBS Strategy & Transformation Organization. A team whose “superpowers” are applied to accelerate value across a truly multifunctional GBS at Warner Bros. Discovery.
Acting as a global/regional transformation partner, this role delivers speed to value through pragmatic, time‑boxed initiatives and rapid pilot‑to‑scale execution. Success depends on building strong, fast relationships with senior stakeholders, aligning decisions quickly, and coaching teams in an 80/20, test‑and‑learn continuous‑improvement mindset. Your Role Accountabilities…
Drive rapid, measurable improvements in GBS through pragmatic, time‑boxed delivery (4–12‑week cycles).
Lead initiatives focused on fast benefit realization and global process excellence, using lightweight governance to maintain momentum.
Challenge existing processes to identify quick wins and better ways of working, piloting solutions within weeks.
Build strong, fast relationships with senior stakeholders; manage expectations, communicate risks, and secure timely decisions.
Ensure clear, concise communication and executive storytelling to align stakeholders and manage risks/issues effectively.
Champion a continuous‑improvement, 80/20, test‑and‑learn mindset, promoting pilot‑and‑scale approaches across GBS.
Lead and mentor process‑improvement activities (Lean/Kaizen/Six Sigma) and facilitate workshops to generate solutions at speed.
Qualifications & Experience…
7+ years’ experience in continuous improvement, project/transition management or business/financial analysis, delivering measurable outcomes in short cycles.
3+ years leading complex, high‑impact strategic programs with international exposure and senior‑stakeholder engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Accounting, Technology, HR).
Strong leader with proven ability to influence at senior levels, manage teams, navigate ambiguity, and drive results in a fast‑paced matrix environment.
Deep practical knowledge of Lean/Agile/Change Management and process automation tools (e.g., RPA, workflows, AI), favoring lightweight, quickly deployable solutions.
