We have an exciting opportunity for you if you are a strongly driven person who has a keen interest in improving processes and a solid history of success in Project Management and Order to Cash (O2C) processes. Global Shared Services (GSS) at DNV is running a ‘GSS Ahead’ programme that aims to further enhance and automate selected processes and we are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Order to Cash (O2C) project. This role will be key in shaping the future process and executing the changes.
In this role you will report to the Digitalization and Development Director in GSS.
responsibilities :
Lead and manage end to end Order to Cash Project within the GSS Ahead programme
Analyze existing O2C processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to automate repetitive tasks and enhance overall productivity.
Learn from O2C companies that excel in their field through personal or DNV network
Be the liaison with the Business Areas on O2C topics via the Business Area Change Advisory Board and give regular updates to the GSS Finance Leadership Team
Collaborate closely with the Global Process Owner for Accounts Receivable and the relevant Heads of Sections from our Global Centers

Proven experience in project management, with a focus on O2C processes in a Shared Services environment required
Proven track record of driving process improvements and process optimization, managing complex projects, and delivering results within established timelines and budgets
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing business needs
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
Highly developed problem-solving skills
Ability to build relationships and trust at all levels
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English at a minimum C1 level
