Salary:
> up to 17.000 PLN gross / month (umowa o pracę / contract of employment)

responsibilities :
Responsibility for workstream scope, requirements refinement and workstream output (refined functions meeting DOD requirements)
Responsibility for tracking development through to implementation
Leadership of workstream refinement teams on priorities
Leadership of internal and direct communication with stakeholders
Managing risks, issues and dependencies for workstream refinement teams
Unlocking risks/problems with the delivery manager
Prioritizing functions within the workstream
Reporting workstream status and milestones
requirements-expected :
10+ years in senior roles in workstream or project delivery with Project Management competences (Project Manager / Program Manager / Execution Manager)
Experience in structured, planning, disciplined risk / issue management
Extensive experience in global financial institutions
High quality documentation for status reporting
Good domain and AML competencies, understanding of financial crime risk and control and KYC
Extensive stakeholder management experience
Understanding how the workstream scope links to the overall vision
Act as a role model, creating an atmosphere of confidence, learning and trust
Advanced English, ability to work in an international environment
