leading multiple complex projects end-to-end, applying formal project management techniques
planning, tracking, and following up on projects, including time, cost, resources, and quality
collaborating with partners to resolve planning issues and facilitate workshops with internal and external stakeholders
managing risks and issues, creating effective mitigation and treatment plans
managing project meetings, milestones, schedules, and ensuring timely delivery
preparing status reports, executive updates, and annual planning presentations
tracking and managing all project financials: actuals, SOWs, POs, contracts, and internal resource assignments
ensuring on-time completion of documentation, project plans, approvals, lifecycle steps, and compliance gate requirements
building and maintaining strong relationships with teams and business partners across geographies
requirements-expected :
fluent English (written and spoken)
5–7+ years of project delivery experience in large, complex, global, or regulated industries (Finance/Insurance preferred)
proven track record in project, financial, and change management
strong abilities in planning, budgeting, scoping, costing, and scheduling
experience working in both Agile and traditional project management setups
ability to drive cross-functional and cross-geography workstreams in a unified way
skilled in creating clear reports and summaries of project health for stakeholders
comfortable managing distributed teams in a matrix environment
excellent communication and presentation skills
independent, proactive, and able to thrive in an international environment
