Project Manager - Cryptography Programme

Work mode: Hybrid (6 days per month in office – preferred Kraków or Warsaw)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Project Manager to join a strategic Cryptography programme. The programme aims to transform the implementation of Cryptographic Controls across both on-premise and cloud environments. In this role, you will work closely with Cryptography SMEs, Control Owners, IT teams, and other project and programme managers to enhance Key Management systems and processes.
- Hands-on experience managing projects throughout the full project lifecycle (planning, controlling, monitoring, reporting).
- Proven experience working with technical, cybersecurity, and operations teams.
- Strong background in cybersecurity is essential.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and team management skills.
- Positive team player capable of contributing to a large programme.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience working with global teams.
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall (Hybrid) project management approaches.
- Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
