Experience in process auditing and designing process improvements, preferably in an international or complex organizational environment.
Strong analytical skills – ability to define and manage project requirements effectively.
Hands-on experience with backlog management tools, such as Jira (creating, prioritizing, and tracking progress).
Excellent documentation skills – experience in creating clear and structured project documentation.
Proven experience in project management (5+ years), ideally in a cross-functional and international environment.
Ability to collaborate closely with international teams (analytics, development) and C-Level executives, ensuring alignment and smooth communication.
Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and practical experience in working with agile teams.
Problem-solving mindset – readiness to tackle challenges and propose innovative solutions.
Excellent communication and organizational skills – ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
