We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our team in Poland. 

Our customer is one of the worlds largest food and beverage companies, operating in 189 countries with over 2000 brands. The companys diverse portfolio includes products such as bottled water, dairy products, breakfast cereals, coffee, confectionery, frozen food, pet foods, snacks, and baby food.

Our project aims to harness the power of AI to streamline organizational processes, enhance productivity, and foster innovation within the workplace. By integrating AI capabilities, the organization seeks to automate routine tasks, improve decision-making, and facilitate more efficient communication and collaboration among employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with cross-functional team on successful project delivery 
• Carry out monitoring to track project parameters (scope, budget, timeline)
• Communicate daily with stakeholders to share project status and identified issues
• Perform risk management activities on a regular basis
• Helping team to manage the backlog according to roadmap and priorities
• Establishing smooth processes and executing process improvements
• Plan, staff, lead and motivate a project team from both internal and external stakeholder organizations
• Manage team’s performance, provide feedback and work on personal goals

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing complex software projects with international clients 
• Experience in managing Fixed-price projects
• Sense of urgency, proactiveness, and dedication
• In-depth experience with Agile methodologies in practice
• Solid soft skills including business savviness, communication, and problem solving
• Advanced English written and verbal communication skills (C1/C2)
