For our customer, a leader in consulting, technology services, and digital transformation, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead projects in a complex, international, and virtual environment. The ideal candidate will be able to manage projects independently with a proactive and positive attitude, while focusing on achieving goals within set timelines and budgets.

Project information:

• Location: Katowice (hybrid model of work - 1 day per week from the office)
• Remuneration: 175 - 195 PLN net + VAT on B2B per hour

Your daily tasks:

• Leading projects from planning to completion in a complex, international setting.
• Effectively communicating with all levels of business and IT stakeholders.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Managing technical infrastructure, including cloud technologies or data center (DC) infrastructure.
• Collaborating with technical teams and experts to implement best practices and automation processes.
• Maintaining high-quality delivery, especially under time pressure.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP products and system architecture.
• Experience working with public cloud infrastructure or DC technologies.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• PMI, Prince2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
• Strong focus on goal achievement, ability to work under pressure, and consistently deliver high-quality results.
