We are looking for a Project Manager with at least 4-6 years of experience for a project in the biotechnology industry. The candidate must have an experience in projects where products are already in the production phase where changes need to be made. One of the first challenges will be to comply with cybersecurity policy, therefore knowledge in this area is also required.

We are looking for someone who is open to a hybrid work model (regular visits to the office, twice a week - Wrocław).

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects through all phases of their life cycle, including project initiation and requirements gathering, architecture design, development and integration, testing, post implementation activities (documentation) and project closure
• End-to-end responsibility for project delivery as well as governing the delivery across stakeholders, ensuring the overall solution addressed the needs
• Define project scope, budget and timeline, create and maintain financial metrics and project plan
• Manage projects according to company standard operating procedures for Life Science or Molecular Diagnostic products
• Taking on a proactive approach in suggesting tools, processes, solution, initiatives
• Maintaining stakeholders relationships and communication
• Sharing knowledge and experience with other people within the organization
• Drive for continuous improvement within projects
