?We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager/Business Project Manager, who will lead the setup and implementation of a new legal entity in close collaboration with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Legal, Strategy, HR, etc.).

responsibilities :
Define and coordinate the overall project plan, ensuring alignment on deliverables, timelines, risks, and budget
Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) – planning, execution oversight, and issue resolution
Organize and facilitate recurring project meetings (core team, steering committee), prepare documentation and drive follow-ups
Monitor project progress and prepare regular status updates for senior stakeholders
Build strong relationships and manage communication with key stakeholders, including executive leadership
Define ways of working (WoW) for the project team, ensure smooth collaboration, and remove roadblocks
requirements-expected :
5+ years of experience as a Project or Program Manager in a corporate or international environment
Hands-on experience in setting up new legal entities (company branches, subsidiaries, etc.)
Proven success in managing complex, business-critical projects with multiple stakeholders and departments involved
Fluent English – both written and spoken (project conducted entirely in English)
Proficiency in timeline, risk (incl. mitigation), budget, and quality management
Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) – planning and monitoring
Skilled in coordinating diverse teams across departments and time zones
Available to work fully during US working hours
