Overview

As a Senior Project Manager at dyvenia, you will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of complex client initiatives, covering planning, execution, and delivery governance. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and technical teams to drive predictable delivery outcomes, manage risks proactively, and ensure alignment between business objectives, delivery models, and execution realities.

In addition to project delivery, you are expected to shape and improve dyvenia’s delivery practices, define and enforce standards, and ensure consistent adoption across teams. You will work across agile and classic project management frameworks, selecting and adapting the appropriate approach.

What will you do at dyvenia?

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives, including scope definition, planning, execution, and change control
  • Support business and stakeholders to define project objectives, success criteria, assumptions, and constraints
  • Develop and govern delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and timelines, ensuring feasibility and alignment with capacity (using OKRs, yearly roadmaps, milestones, etc)
  • Lead stakeholder management sessions, including expectation setting, decision facilitation, and proactive escalation of risks and issues
  • Own delivery risk management, including identification, mitigation strategies, and timely escalation
  • Coordinate and align execution across teams, removing blockers and ensuring consistent adherence to agreed delivery standards and ways of working
  • Partner with Tech Leads to validate and challenge estimates, delivery plans, and technical assumptions
  • Capacity and resource allocation, balancing delivery needs with business priorities, stakeholder context, and strategic impact
  • Manage changes to scope, timeline, and cost, ensuring transparency and alignment with business priorities
  • Drive continuous improvement and compliance of delivery processes, templates, and standards across teams

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading complex project delivery in a consultancy or outsourcing environment, with clear ownership of outcomes
  • Strong understanding of Agile and non-Agile delivery models, with the ability to select, adapt, and apply them based on context
  • Demonstrated ability to balance customer needs, delivery constraints, and commercial considerations when making decisions
  • Experience operating in highly collaborative, cross-team environments, influencing alignment without direct authority
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and navigating ambiguity, competing priorities, and organisational dynamics
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to clearly articulate risks, decisions, and trade-offs
  • Strong sense of ownership, proactivity, and accountability, with a pragmatic and open-minded approach to problem solving

Not required, but valued

  • Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Experience delivering IT, data, or analytics-related projects
  • Hands-on experience with project management and delivery tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps)
  • Experience preparing and delivering clear, structured presentations for stakeholders
  • Relevant certifications (Scrum, Agile, PMP)
  • Six Sigma certification (Yellow Belt or higher) or equivalent experience in process improvement

What do we offer in return?

In return for your great skills and knowledge, we offer:

  • Competitive salary in the range of 16K–19K PLN monthly/gross, aligned with experience and qualifications.
  • Luxmed Private Health Care package covered
  • Public Transport monthly tickets covered
  • Co-financed Multisport membership
  • Mentoring and training. We want you to thrive as a member of our team and for that reason, we will provide you with a lot of opportunities to grow both personally and professionally.
