We’re looking for Project Managers with different experience levels to join our clients team. Whether youre just starting your career or youre an experienced specialist, we have a place for you! As part of the team, you’ll play a key role in offering strategic advice and support across various IT systems and processes for public sector clients, focusing on IT organizations, green IT, and legacy system analysis in the context of a long-term project.
responsibilities :
Plan and manage medium to complex IT projects, including project scheduling, critical path identification, and milestone planning.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project environment analysis, work breakdown structures, resource plans, and cost plans.
Identify, analyze, and implement risk management strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead and coordinate project teams, assign responsibilities, and ensure alignment with project goals.
Manage and implement changes effectively, ensuring they align with project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Report project progress and represent the project in steering committee meetings and stakeholder presentations.
Monitor and manage project budgets, resources, and deployments to ensure efficient project execution.
Apply project management methods, tools, and agile development practices (e.g., Kanban, Scrum) to optimize processes and outcomes.
requirements-expected :
Completed IT or business-oriented education and at least 5 years of professional experience in project management (including at least one large IT project (35+ people).
Excellent organizational, communication, moderation, and presentation skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
Experience with multi-project management.
Strong knowledge of IT industry standards, project management methods, tools, and Agile practices (e.g., Kanban, Scrum).
Fluency in Polish and advanced level of English (B2/C1).
Basic knowledge of the German language (min. B1 level is required).
