Due to our continuous growth, we are seeking professionals with expertise in project management within the finance industry.
responsibilities :
Ensure the methodical execution of IT projects for our customers within the structures of the Competency Center, following best market practices
Take responsibility for the business outcomes of projects
Perform effective planning and budgeting
Manage risks effectively
Report on project progress and outcomes regularly
Collaborate with stakeholders, project teams, and managers from other departments
Contribute to the implementation of the company’s development strategy and the Competency Centers growth
requirements-expected :
A higher education degree
A minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex IT projects in the finance industry
Proven experience in managing subcontractors and stakeholders
Knowledge of project management methodologies, with certification (e.g., PMI / PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner) being a strong advantage
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies, as well as service management frameworks
Technical expertise in designing and building IT systems
Practical knowledge of technologies related to project management
Strong team management and communication skills
Proficiency in English is essential
Residing in Poland required
Willingness to work from the Krakow office 3 times a month
