  • We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to support the setup and execution of technical commercial projects within the chemicals, clean fuels, and clean air sectors across Europe, as part of a newly established operations hub in Kraków.

The position offers the opportunity to work with top-tier engineers and project stakeholders based in Denmark and other international locations. You’ll play a crucial part in delivering decarbonization solutions and driving meaningful impact for clients around the world.

responsibilities :


  • Execute large-scale, complex, and high-priority commercial projects in the chemicals or clean fuels sectors.
  • Coordinate and oversee cross-functional engineering teams based in Denmark and India.
  • Collaborate closely with global stakeholders and international customers to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  • Lead the day-to-day management of EPC project scopes, including high-volume vendor interaction.
  • Define project direction, make key execution decisions, and align project strategy with business objectives.
  • Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and internal coordination across departments.
  • Oversee project risk management, contractual compliance, and change control.
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to junior project managers within the team.
  • Travel occasionally (10–30 days/year) for on-site client meetings and project reviews.
  • Manage multiple ongoing projects while maintaining a structured and strategic overview.

  • 15+ years of experience in project management, including EPC project leadership.
  • Proven track record of delivering large, technically complex commercial projects, ideally in the petrochemical or related industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive execution, set direction, and influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deep expertise in contract, risk, change, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with a business-oriented mindset.
  • Global work experience and the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and time zones.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and persistent in overcoming challenges.
  • Structured approach with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in parallel.
  • Willingness and ability to mentor junior colleagues.
