We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to support the setup and execution of technical commercial projects within the chemicals, clean fuels, and clean air sectors across Europe, as part of a newly established operations hub in Kraków.

responsibilities :
Execute large-scale, complex, and high-priority commercial projects in the chemicals or clean fuels sectors.
Coordinate and oversee cross-functional engineering teams based in Denmark and India.
Collaborate closely with global stakeholders and international customers to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
Lead the day-to-day management of EPC project scopes, including high-volume vendor interaction.
Define project direction, make key execution decisions, and align project strategy with business objectives.
Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and internal coordination across departments.
Oversee project risk management, contractual compliance, and change control.
Provide mentoring and guidance to junior project managers within the team.
Travel occasionally (10–30 days/year) for on-site client meetings and project reviews.
Manage multiple ongoing projects while maintaining a structured and strategic overview.

15+ years of experience in project management, including EPC project leadership.
Proven track record of delivering large, technically complex commercial projects, ideally in the petrochemical or related industry.
