• We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to support strategic and tactical change initiatives within the Cybersecurity Operations team. This role is critical in ensuring that change is well-defined, requirements are clear, benefits are understood, and initiatives are executed on time and in line with agreed plans.
• You will play a key role in articulating the Cyber Programme’s strategy and objectives, assessing their impact on the business, and ensuring successful delivery of projects across Build and Operate workstreams.

• Collaborate with Project Managers, control owners, and stakeholders to define clear business outcomes and requirements, ensuring traceability throughout delivery.
• Attend governance forums and provide programme insights to ExCo and Steering Committees.
• Capture and track actions on behalf of ExCo members, ensuring timely closure.
• Develop and support business case submissions.
• Proactively monitor programme progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve issues, initiate corrective actions, and ensure effective quality assurance.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and inter-programme impacts.
• Deliver medium-sized projects supporting system integrations, product optimisation, and automated workflows for cybersecurity priorities.
• Produce full project plans, define requirements, and deliver user test plans.
• Manage governance processes for system delivery and operational readiness.
• Produce updated operational processes for new features and tooling.
• Track and manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure successful project outcomes on time and within budget.
• Contribute to business transition plans and ensure smooth handover to BAU.

• Strong experience delivering cloud-based solutions.
• Proven track record in technology delivery within complex organisations.
• Expertise in business requirements definition and testing.
• Ability to produce business process documentation.
• Excellent planning and reporting skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• Highly adaptable and able to meet aggressive delivery timelines without compromising quality.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
• Ability to facilitate escalations to senior management effectively.
