Presales & opportunity support: Collaborate with Sales, Tech, and Domain experts to co-design solution strategies, define delivery scope and models, and lead effort estimation. Drive proposal development and client engagement to ensure all presales commitments are viable, value-driven, and seamlessly transitioned into delivery.
Full project ownership: Lead the complete lifecycle of fixed-price projects - from scoping, estimation, and contracting to delivery, deployment, and warranty phases.
Strategic delivery leadership: Oversee Solvd’s AI and non-AI build initiatives, including enterprise software, data platforms, automation systems, and AI-powered products.
Complex solution management: Drive successful delivery of highly complex bespoke systems and other large-scale, integrated enterprise applications.
Consultative client engagement: Act as a trusted partner to clients, aligning technology solutions with business goals and helping shape long-term roadmaps.
Cross-regional team leadership: Manage distributed teams across LATAM and Eastern Europe, ensuring alignment, communication, and consistent execution of quality.
Technical fluency: Understand architecture, data models, cloud services, and integration layers to engage meaningfully with engineering and solution leads.
Pod-based delivery models: Apply modern pod or squad structures to promote ownership, agility, and outcome-driven collaboration.
AI/ML collaboration: Partner with Solvd’s AI engineering and research teams on projects involving machine learning, computer vision, and intelligent automation.
Financial & risk management: Maintain ownership of project P&L, delivery margins, and risk mitigation strategies across multiple parallel initiatives.
Governance & quality: Establish delivery governance frameworks, track KPIs, and ensure consistent quality across client engagements.
requirements-expected :
10+ years of experience in software delivery or enterprise system implementation, including fixed-price, end-to-end ownership.
Proven background managing complex enterprise projects or large-scale transformation programs.
Experience delivering both AI and traditional software build projects in a multi-disciplinary environment.
Proven experience in Presales.
Strong technical literacy - able to engage confidently with architects, data scientists, and engineering leads.
Deep experience managing offshore and nearshore delivery teams, especially in South America and Eastern Europe.
Demonstrated consultative and executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence strategic outcomes.
Solid understanding of agile, hybrid, and pod-based delivery methodologies.
