Responsibilities

• Leading and managing complex software implementation projects for our enterprise clients.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Developing detailed project plans, managing budgets, and monitoring progress against key milestones.
• Mitigating risks and resolving issues to ensure project success.
• Ensuring compliance with our project management methodologies and best practices.

Who you are

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Experience in the financial services or banking sector is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in traditional project management methodologies. PRINCE2 and PMP are a plus. Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is also required.
• Advanced competency in the Critical Path Method, covering elements like task dependencies and Gantt charts.
• A solid track record in both risk management and team leadership.
• Highly proficient with Jira and Google Spreadsheets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex challenges.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
