Weare looking for aflexible and open-minded specialist with strong communication skills and management experience insoftware development companies, collaboration with foreign customers, and distributed development teams.

What you’ll helpus with:

• actively engage with project stakeholders and manage their expectations;
• deliver inaccordance with the client’s SDLC model and conform toclients expectations;
• ensure effective collaboration between Yalantis and client’s team, maintain effective communication between them;
• closely work with the project team, coordinate their activities;
• help team todeal with any impediments tosuccessful delivery;
• eliminate, resolve orescalate conflicts within the team;
• facilitate team meetings positively and productively;
• involve each team member inthe project and ensure the project tasks are inline with the career interests ofeach team member;
• coach and motivate team members;
• ensure that agile principles are followed;
• handle timely and accurate invoicing, address billing issues when they arise;
• openly share information about project state, risks, and existing issues with management, and participate inproblem-solving

Here’s the experience that will help you todothe job:

• 4years ofIT management experience (scrum master, project manager, orproject coordinator);
• people management capabilities: organizational skill, ability tonegotiate and resolve conflict;
• experience inworking with distributed teams;
• communication experience with the U.S. orEuropean clients;
• atleast upper-intermediate level ofEnglish

These skills will also come inhandy:

• prior experience leading ofIoT projects;
• any scrum oragile certification: PSM, CSM, PMI-ACP, ICP, etc
