We’re on the lookout for a Senior Project Manager to join our brilliant PM team. You’ll focus on managing mobile and web projects for IoT, wearables, and connected devices – working closely with our clients from the U.S. and leading teams that bring meaningful products to life.
Salary: 17–23K PLN or 4,5-6 USD net on B2B + up to 26 paid holidays.
responsibilities :
Act as the single point of contact for our U.S. clients – a great communicator, diplomat, and negotiator.
Manage mobile and IoT projects from end to end – from discovery and scoping to launch and beyond.
Collaborate with designers, developers, QA engineers, and other PMs to bring product ideas to life.
Facilitate SCRUM ceremonies, plan sprints, manage backlogs, timelines, budgets, and project health.
Co-create the product vision with clients – consult on features, MVP strategies, and the best way to deliver value to users.
Lead project staffing and resource planning in collaboration with other departments.
Constantly look for ways to improve how we work – both inside your team and company-wide.
requirements-expected :
Experience with both mobile and IoT (wearables / connected devices) project management
Experience with US-based clients
Willingness to work flexible hours, with core hours between 10:00 and 18:00 CET, and availability for occasional client meetings scheduled up to 20:00 CET (approximately twice per week).
