Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple software projects through all phases of the lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, prioritise tasks, and delegate responsibilities.
• Drive project scope definition, risk management, and quality control.
• Maintain communication with clients, ensuring alignment on business goals and deliverables.
• Identify and resolve conflicts, mitigate obstacles, and keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience running software projects.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing client needs.
• Excellent communication in English (C1) and Polish (C1).
• Proficiency with cloud, SaaS, AI, big data, Azure DevOps, and modern project management techniques.
• Experience in international client collaboration and working in dynamic IT environments.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and lead a team.

Nice to have

• Business analysis experience.
• Azure DevOps experience.
• Software development background.
