Responsibilities & Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience running multiple software projects in all stages of the life-cycle.
• Proven ability to navigate tricky waters and lead a team to success; strong self‑discipline and independence.
• Open mind, strong problem‑solving skills, and an agile approach.
• Excellent English communication skills (minimum C1); Polish language must be at least C1. Experience working in an international environment and with flexible hours, including partial afternoon/evening work for U.S. clients.
• Proficiency in technical terminology; knowledge of modern software project management techniques.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing clients and their needs.
• Data‑driven mindset: knowledge of Cloud / SAAS / AI / Big Data / Azure DevOps.
• Experience working directly with international clients.
• Background in a software house or similarly dynamic IT environment.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Strong relationship‑building skills.
• Demonstrated assertiveness in managing project scope and expectations.

Nice to Have

• Business analysis related experience.
• Azure DevOps experience.
• Software development background.
