Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of proven experience running multiple software projects in all stages of life‑cycle.
  • Independence: Proven ability to navigate tricky waters and lead a team to success in your project. A lot of self‑discipline and ability to work independently.
  • Problem‑Solving Skills: An open mind, problem‑solving skills, and an agile approach.
  • Communication: Excellent English communication skills (min. C1) enabling free communication in writing and speaking, and a collaborative spirit. The Polish language is mandatory (min. C1). Experience in working in an international environment, with a flexible approach to working hours and openness to partial work in the afternoons and evenings (working with clients from the United States).
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using technical terminology. Knowledge of modern software project management techniques.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with experience in managing clients and their needs.
  • Data‑Driven Approach: Knowledge of Cloud / SAAS / AI / Big Data / Azure DevOps.
  • International Client Collaboration: Experience working directly with international clients.
  • Software House Background: Previous experience in a software house or similar dynamic IT environment.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Relationship Building: Strong ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Assertiveness: Demonstrated assertiveness in managing project scope and expectations.
