Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience running multiple software projects in all stages of life‑cycle.
• Proven ability to navigate tricky waters and lead a team.
• Problem‑solving skills with an open mind and agile approach.
• Excellent English communication skills (min. C1) and Polish language (min. C1).
• Experience in an international environment, flexible working hours, partial evening/weekend availability.
• Proficiency in technical terminology, modern software project management techniques.
• Strong business acumen, managing clients and their needs.
• Knowledge of Cloud / SAAS / AI / Big Data / Azure DevOps.
• Experience working directly with international clients.
• Background in a software house or similar dynamic IT environment.
• Multitasking: Manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Relationship building: Build lasting relationships.
• Assertiveness: Manage project scope and expectations.
• Project management throughout its life cycle.
• Backlog management, risk management, team management, software development life cycle, business analysis, Azure tools.
