About the role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be part of the key management team consisting of three Senior PMs, Head of Delivery, Sales, and board members. On a daily basis, you will perform end-to-end project management which we understand as taking responsibility for delivering the project under defined conditions (time, budget, scope, quality)

PM is a partner and consultant for our client. We work together to ensure the final success of the product we implement. The key is the ability to establish relationships, an open attitude, and often patience with the clients ideas.

ItCraft delivers web and mobile apps. Our development teams consist of UX/UI Designers, developers, QAa, and DevOps. Product discovery is done during workshop sessions by the dedicated team most suitable for the project. Given the size of the projects we implement, the PM is often also an analyst on their projects. We do not expect you to know the technical details, but we require knowledge of the scope and participation in shaping the product.

  • Work with clients from all over the world and in different industries (healthcare, finance, telecommunication),
  • Work with clients in different cooperation models (managed team and staff augmentation) and billing models (fixed-price, time & material),
  • Collaborate with experienced team members to soak up knowledge from various fields (design, development, analysis, etc.),
  • Cooperate closely with other PMs through daily operational meetings, additional meetings regarding the PMs process and company’s strategic topics.

What should you have?

  • 4+ years of commercial experience as a Project Manager, experience with international clients on diverse IT projects, in teams of 3+ developers/QAs/UX/UIs,
  • Experience in managing projects with Agile / Scrum methodologies,
  • Strong analytical skills - knowledge of how to implement a web and mobile application with the ability to define clear business and functional requirements,
  • The ability & willingness to build good relationships with the team and clients,
  • Assertiveness and skills to keep things under control,
  • Fluency in Google Workspace (i.a. Docs, Sheets, Slides) and/or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
  • Good communication skills - esp. facilitation & giving feedback,
  • Fluency in English - comfortability to communicate with natives (at least C1 - a must-have, we have international clients),
  • Polish at a communicative level (at least B2 - our company’s communication is conducted in Polish).

Nice to have  

  • Experience in working in a software house (with high project dynamics),
  • Programming experience, past or continuing work as a programmer,
  • Good knowledge of new technologies (including AI), mobile, and web solutions.
