- Proven experience as a Project Manager in complex IT or financial services projects.
- Strong understanding of FX trading, pricing models, and financial market concepts (Forward, NDF).
- Ability to manage requirements and coordinate with Quant Traders, trading desks, and technical teams.
- Experience in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle, including design, testing, and deployment processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective collaboration across global teams and external consultancies.
- Ability to produce detailed technical documentation and ensure alignment with agreed designs.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools for tracking progress and reporting.
- Willingness to participate in support activities when required

,[Work directly with the eRisk Quant Traders and the Cash FX Forward and NDF traders on requirements. , Collaboration with the technical lead and other development teams within the GFX programme to enhance the system e.g. to support local onshore market trading requirements, risk management requirement. , Draw-up detailed technical designs for items worked on. , Work effectively with any external consultancies engaged during the project to provide technical and graphical design expertise. , Implement best-of-breed technical solutions based on agreed technical design, adopting industry standard development patterns and methodologies (including continuous integration and automated unit and integration testing) , Fully test implemented solutions in advance of User Acceptance Testing , Assist (when required) with the deployment of components to development and test environments , Participate in intra-day and overnight Support rotas (when required).
