About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead the operational build-up of our BI Service. In this role, you will manage the prioritization of tasks, ensure effective team collaboration, and oversee the service’s development in an agile-like fashion. You will play a key role in aligning the BI Service with business objectives and facilitating a seamless handover to permanent employees at the end of your engagement.
You might be the perfect match, if you have/are:
- Operational Leadership:Lead the build-up and day-to-day operations of the BI Service. Prioritize tasks and ensure effective resource allocation within the team.
- Agile Collaboration:Implement and adapt agile methodologies for managing the BI Service. Drive team collaboration and alignment with project goals.
- Stakeholder Management:Work closely with business stakeholders to define the roadmap and ensure the service meets organizational needs.
- Handover Preparation:Document processes and provide a comprehensive handover to incoming permanent employees.
Requirements:
- Leadership Skills:Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects in an agile-like environment.
- BI Expertise:Strong understanding of BI platforms and tools, particularly Power BI.
- Organizational Skills:Experience in task prioritization and resource planning.
- Experience:5+ years in a product ownership or similar leadership role, ideally in a BI or analytics setting.
