We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a strategic initiative in the area of Identity & Access Management (IAM). This role involves managing a key IT Security project, ensuring delivery excellence, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving the implementation of IAM solutions across the organization.

About the Project

The project is part of an enterprise-level initiative focused on Identity & Access Management (IAM)—the processes and technologies that ensure the right individuals have the appropriate access to systems, in alignment with security policies and compliance standards.

The Senior PM will play a central role in coordinating IT and Security teams, overseeing delivery, managing risks, and ensuring successful adoption of IAM practices across the company.

• Lead the IAM project and ensure it moves forward efficiently.
• Keep all involved teams aligned and informed.
• Ensure that decisions and progress are made in line with security and compliance requirements.
• Maintain consistent project documentation and transparency.
• Support implementation of IAM-related changes in cooperation with IT and Security teams.

Your responsibilities

• End-to-end management of the IAM project, including schedule, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Driving project execution and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Coordinating work between Security, IT Infrastructure, and other technical teams.
• Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders and providing clear status reporting.
• Planning and monitoring project components related to IAM processes and tools.
• Ensuring alignment with organizational security standards and policies.
• Facilitating effective communication between technical and business teams.
• Leading project meetings, analyzing progress, identifying risks, and defining mitigation actions.
• Managing change within the organization and within the project scope.

Our Requirements

• Strong experience in Project Management within IT or Security environments.
• Proven ability in Driving and Managing IT & Security Projects.
• Experience as a Delivery Lead overseeing execution, timelines, and quality.
• Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes (change, incident, release).
• Experience working in Agile Delivery models.
• Solid understanding of Security concepts and the specifics of security-related projects.
• Experience with Change Management in technical and organizational contexts.
• Strong skills in Stakeholder Management & Communication at multiple organizational levels.
• Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders across different departments.
• Excellent communication skills—clear, structured, and proactive.
• High level of independence, ownership, and accountability for project outcomes.
• Strong delivery mindset with the ability to drive initiatives forward.
• Ability to work in environments requiring strict adherence to security policies.
