Kraków-based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days/week in the office, 3 days remote)
As a Senior Project Manager – Financial Data Transformation, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution undergoing extensive regulatory and data transformation initiatives. In this role, you will oversee cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing data quality, compliance, and reporting accuracy. Your expertise will coordinate complex workstreams, align diverse global stakeholders, and deliver high-impact solutions within strict deadlines, supporting the ongoing evolution of financial data management.
Your main responsibilities:
- Manage global data-quality workstreams, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Coordinate stakeholders across Finance, Change, and IT teams to ensure alignment with program goals.
- Ensure DAO processes and standards are followed throughout issue life cycles.
- Oversee precise logging of data-quality issues and ensure clear documentation of business problems.
- Facilitate issue handovers to upstream teams with comprehensive information for resolution.
- Lead testing activities, gather evidence for approvals, and support regulatory reviews.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring deliverables are on time and within budget.
- Apply Agile methodologies, maintaining ceremonies and documentation.
- Lead communication with senior stakeholders, providing clear and effective updates.
Youre ideal for this role if you have:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in large-scale change programs within complex systems environments.
- Strong knowledge of regulated financial institutions and industry standards.
- Proven track record managing global projects on time and on budget.
- Experience working with onshore and offshore teams in remote settings.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills from Executive Committee to analysts.
- Strong attention to detail and solution-oriented mindset.
- Hands‑on experience applying Agile methodologies.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Experience working in a global matrix organization.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Familiarity with the client’s standards and internal processes.
- Experience working on regulatory or Skilled Person remediation programs.
- Background managing data-quality initiatives or reporting-related change projects.
Language required for the role:
- Fluent Polish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
