Hi there! Tooploox (Part of Solvd) | Remote/Hybrid (Eastern Europe). We are Tooploox, a strategic arm of the 700+ person Solvd group, focused on rapid expansion in AI and Machine Learning services. We seek a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, end-to-end software delivery across our portfolio, including cutting‑edge AI/ML products and large‑scale enterprise platforms (ERP‑like systems).
What You Will Do
- Full Delivery Ownership: Lead the complete project lifecycle (scoping, contracting, delivery, deployment) for complex, sometimes fixed‑price projects.
- Commercial & Presales Activities: Partner directly with Sales/Tech teams to co‑design solutions, lead effort estimation, propose delivery models, and manage client engagement to ensure viable project transition to delivery.
- Financial & Risk Management: Own the project P&L and delivery margins. Proactively establish governance, track KPIs, and manage risk across parallel engagements.
- Strategic Client Partnership: Act as a trusted partner to clients, aligning technology solutions with business goals and helping shape long‑term roadmaps.
- Cross‑Regional Team Leadership: Manage and mentor multi‑disciplinary, distributed project teams across South America and Eastern Europe, defining the optimal team structures and delivery models for success.
- Team Performance & Culture: Drive high performance within project teams by actively fostering a culture of ownership, agility, and outcome‑driven collaboration among all team members.
- Technical Fluency: Engage credibly with Architects, Data Scientists, and Engineering Leads on architecture, cloud services, and the unique challenges of AI/ML development and integration.
Experience And Skills We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in software delivery or enterprise system implementation, with a proven track record of end‑to‑end, fixed‑price project ownership in an agency or consultancy setting.
- Experience delivering both AI and traditional software build projects in a multi‑disciplinary enterprise environment.
- Strong technical literacy—able to engage confidently with architects, data scientists, and engineering leads.
- Consultative and executive‑level communication skills with the ability to influence strategic outcomes.
- Expertise in managing offshore and nearshore delivery teams (especially LATAM and Eastern Europe).
- Deep understanding of delivery methodologies (Agile, Hybrid) and the ability to apply the right model to complex scenarios.
- Fluent English is mandatory. Polish is a plus.
- Openness to business trips and working with different time zones.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have
- Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) preferred but not required.
