responsibilities :
Lead change initiatives within the SVS / VS structure, organizing and directing projects from inception through to successful completion.
Establish and nurture relationships with key project stakeholders across different regions and functions.
Plan, mobilize, and deliver multiple complex work streams end-to-end, balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and benefits proactively.
Ensure the adoption and proper deployment of the Change Framework, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with the wider change portfolio and the Group’s Strategy, Values, and Behaviours.
Manage project governance, tracking, and reporting activities to ensure transparency and adherence to standards.
Proactively identify risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.
Facilitate effective communication across teams, including virtual meetings in English, and produce comprehensive documentation.
requirements-expected :
A minimum of 4 years of experience managing complex projects, preferably within banking, financial services, or shared services organizations.
Proven expertise in delivering significant change initiatives across multiple countries or regions.
Experience working in Agile environments, with working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of collaborating with diverse, remote teams.
Self-driven with the ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in project tracking, reporting, and governance.
Knowledge of MS Office and project management tools.
