Senior Project Engineer/Starszy Inżynier Projektu

Your responsibilities

- Manage engineering projects with local and global teams in line with technical standards.

- Provide technical support for site initiatives (modernization, tech transfer, process/product changes).

- Collaborate with departments such as Production, EHS, Quality, Validation, and Technology.

- Work with engineering service providers to deliver cost-effective, innovative solutions.

- Prepare specifications, equipment lists, layouts, and procedures for new products/technologies.

- Define project goals, schedules, and teams; coordinate tasks and solve problems.

- Contribute to CAPEX budgeting and ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

- Implement engineering best practices and support cost-efficiency initiatives.

- Monitor market trends and perform other tasks as assigned.

Our requirements

- University degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering).

- Minimum 5 years of experience managing engineering/investment projects internationally ideally in the Pharmaceutical, Automotive, or FMCG industries.

- Knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA) is highly desirable.

- Experience with CAPEX projects, validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), and production upgrades.

- Skills in budgeting, scheduling, and equipment procurement negotiations.

- Project management certification (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) preferred.

- Strong English, especially for technical discussions with global suppliers.

- Independent, proactive, and proficient in MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD.

- Team-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
