You Will Be:
- Building and maintaining long‑term client partnerships with deep understanding of their goals and expectations.
- Planning and executing deliveries on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
- Managing Fixed‑Price and Time & Material projects and adapting to Agile / Waterfall PM or Scrum Master roles as needed.
- Tracking progress against timelines, proactively managing risks, and implementing corrective actions.
- Controlling scope and budget, handling change requests per contractual agreements.
- Building and leading successful project teams, including blended provider‑client teams.
- Ensuring effective communication among team members and clients.
- Upholding high standards of ethics, integrity, and quality of management.
- Working from the office or remotely (but we’d love for you to visit us at least once a month).
Your Profile:
- Experience in IT project management within an outsourcing environment at a global company.
- Track record managing both Fixed‑Price and Time & Material projects, including large, complex initiatives in multi‑vendor environments and collaboration with C‑level stakeholders.
- Experience leading multinational teams.
- Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks, as well as traditional Waterfall approaches (PMP/SAFe certification is a plus).
- Flexibility in adapting working methods to client constraints.
- Good understanding of SDLC and software engineering practices.
- Technical experience (Software Developer/QA/DevOps) is a plus.
- Self‑reliance, independence, decisive.
- Strong sense of ownership and customer/team focus.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Polish.
Work from Poland and a work permit are required.
