The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple requirements originating from various areas of the organization, including Operations, Regulatory, and Artificial Intelligence. We are looking for a strong leader who can effectively manage stakeholder requirements, backlog, and ensure the integrity and coherence of complex projects.
This role requires a solid understanding of technology to map requirements and assess the value delivered to the Bank. The Senior Project Manager will coordinate projects, manage interdependencies, and oversee risks and issues. The position is crucial for maintaining focus, enthusiasm, and momentum throughout the project lifecycle.

responsibilities :
Progress requirements and manage backlogs.
Plan and design projects, proactively monitor progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions.
Define project governance arrangements.
Ensure quality assurance and overall project integrity, aligning with infrastructure planning and corporate standards.
Manage project budgets on behalf of the Programme Manager, monitoring costs against benefits.
Deliver products/services on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Allocate resources and skills across project workstreams.
Manage third-party contributions.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Manage dependencies and interfaces between projects.
Identify and mitigate risks to successful project outcomes.
Collaborate with the Business Change Manager on transition to business-as-usual.
Initiate additional activities or interventions to address gaps or issues.
Report progress regularly to the Project Director and senior stakeholders.

Ability to report concisely and timely to senior leadership on risks, impacts, and solutions.
Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Proficiency in MS Office tools and collaboration platforms such as Confluence for effective delivery management and reporting.
