leading large, complex software programs for international clients, from initiation through full delivery, with end-to-end accountability for outcomes,
defining and owning program governance, including decision-making structures, escalation paths, and reporting frameworks,
overseeing multi-stream program delivery, ensuring milestones are achieved within agreed timelines, scope, and budget,
managing dependencies and alignment across internal delivery teams and selected external partners,
proactively identifying program-level risks, defining mitigation strategies, and driving corrective actions where required,
establishing and executing structured change management processes, ensuring full traceability between requirements, scope, budget, and contractual agreements,
building strong, trust-based relationships with clients, sponsors, and key internal stakeholders,
mentoring and supporting Delivery Managers, ensuring alignment with program goals, delivery standards, and ways of working,
building and leading effective program teams, fostering transparency, accountability, and predictable delivery.

requirements-expected :

proven experience leading large-scale IT or software programs (multi-year, multi-million EUR budgets) with full budget and delivery accountability,
experience managing distributed, multinational teams and collaborating with external vendors or partners,
strong communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills, particularly in complex stakeholder environments,
high level of ownership and decisiveness, with the ability to operate independently and make informed trade-off decisions,
pragmatic, problem-solving mindset with a focus on outcomes rather than process for its own sake,
practical knowledge of program and delivery frameworks (e.g. PMP, SAFe – certifications are a plus, not a requirement),
solid understanding of software delivery lifecycles (SDLC) and modern software engineering practices,
fluency in spoken and written English.
