The Impact Youll Make
As our Senior Professional, Payroll & Time Coordination you will act as the central link between HR business teams, functional/technical delivery teams and external partners. Your day‑to‑day coordination, monitoring and operational continuity of Time Management (TM) solutions across all our platforms will significantly contribute to the smooth and timely process and delivery.
You ensure that all operational issues, change requests and escalations are efficiently assigned and managed while keeping all stakeholders aligned and informed.
This role does not require deep technical expertise; it is primarily focused on coordination, communication and process oversight to ensure service reliability and performance.
Location: Hybrid. Employment can be in Slovakia, Poland or Romania.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Monitoring daily operational status across all TM solutions and acting as a single point of contact for HR operations, IT peers and partners in case of escalations.
- Reviewing and monitoring ServiceNow tickets, ensuring proper assignment, progress tracking and closure.
- Coordinating resolution of incidents, service requests and change requests with functional and technical teams.
- Driving taskforces or escalations for high‑priority issues if required, ensuring timely updates and root‑cause resolution.
- Maintaining operational dashboards, SLAs and issuing tracking for reporting to the Product Owner and Global Solution Owner.
You Also Will Be
- Liaising with HR business to collect feedback, improvement ideas and identify recurring issues.
- Supporting testing coordination (UAT, regression) and ensuring readiness for releases and fixes.
- Contributing to operational documentation and process governance.
- Participating in meetings, representing the operational view and stability priorities.
What Were Looking For
- Coordination & Communication: experience in excellent stakeholder management and communication across HR, IT and external partners with the ability to keep parallel topics organized and documented.
- Analytical & Organizational Skills: strong sense of structure, follow‑up, prioritization and capability of identifying patterns in incidents and proposing improvements.
- Service Mindset: focus on operational excellence, user satisfaction and reliable service delivery.
- Ownership: ability to drive escalations, ensuring accountability and timely resolution.
- Documentation & Reporting: experience in overseeing open issues and preparing operational reports for management.
- TM Process Knowledge (nice to have): general understanding of time tracking, absence, attendance and payroll‑related processes.
